About Our Opportunity
We are currently seeking a System Developer to support our projects in delivering RAN products that meet our high-quality standards. Your role will encompass all phases of the product life cycle, with a strong focus on advancing key activities within the projects and the organization. You will also contribute to the vision and strategy of the unit to further improve our products.
What you will do
• Drive strategic technical leadership.
• Manage and support system activities within our projects and organization.
• Perform continuous analysis and requirements handling.
• Develop high-quality products.
• Provide support to customers, including technical and solution discussions during customer engagements and system-level troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvements of products and processes.
• Develop expertise in the Traffic Control domain.
You will bring
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Wireless Communication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (e.g., RAN Engineer, Developer) or a Master's or Doctorate (M.Sc. or D.Sc.) in a relevant field.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of LTE, 5G, or other wireless technologies.

• Knowledge of product development processes and product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of business principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively with others, share knowledge, and build networks.
• Ability to innovate, adapt, and respond to change effectively.
• Focus on delivering required results and meeting customer expectations.
• Ability to understand details and relationships while maintaining a holistic perspective.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication abilities.
