We are seeking experienced professionals to join this rapidly growing practice. The position can be located remotely in the US. What the day will look like As a Pension Administration Systems Developer, you will join a small team of highly technical colleagues. The team develops and supports the underlying proprietary software solutions that provide defined benefit administrative services to over 300 clients. This position is unique in that as part of a small team, the qualified candidate will gain exposure to all aspects of our software in a short amount of time, and quickly have opportunities for ownership and autonomy. Our team also works closely with the business and end users who serve our clients, so the candidate will have opportunities to enhance broader business knowledge and perspective than those available in a more traditional software developer position. Daily Responsibilities Support proprietary software solutions used for over 300 clients Develop new features and enhancements by following business requirements and specifications Partner with IT resources for support and maintenance of servers Troubleshoot and resolve specific issues with software platforms Work closely with quality assurance team members to address bugs and deliver quality features Team Dynamics As part of a small tight-knit team, exhibit the values of the firm, displaying benefit of the doubt, integrity, mutual respect, and initiative Value teamwork and demonstrate collective pride of ownership of the accomplishments of the team Act as a role model for soliciting and providing positive and constructive feedback Work in an open collaborative environment, while recognizing specific direction sometimes comes from development manager Skills and experience that will lead to success: Bachelor’s degree A demonstrated ability with 3+ years’ experience working with technology solutions Full stack experience, preferably with exposure to some or all of the following: .Net Core, Vue.js, ASP.Net, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, jQuery UI, C#, SQL Server, Entity Framework Proven analytical skills and time management Mobile application support and publication experience is a plus How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $99,000 to $132,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
