Job Description: Systems & Development Administrator (SD)

System & Development Administrator is an integral member of the Five9 Customer Support Operations team responsible for effectively managing systems related to Support Services. SD participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the CS tool suite along with assisting project teams in all phases of CS Operations standard Project management methodology. These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support in executing, testing, and rolling-out solutions.

Responsibilities:

Ability to use critical thinking to find solutions to identified process gaps on time by using resources available Ability to work with other departments to validate information or leverage them for a task within an active project Create/develop new processes that align with Five9 Services Responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling CS Software developed applications Awareness of the latest trends in technology/Process Management that may be used in the organization Participate in projects activated by CS Operations or the Five9 Services with the role assigned to SD Ability to proactively resolve break/fix issues happening in the Customer Support Organization Ability to accept ad hoc tasks as requested by the Customer Support Organization Other ad hoc duties/tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

A candidate must have:

Exposed in Process Development Exposed in processes related to software packages such as Salesforce Excellent Analytical Thinking and Interpersonal Skills Excellent Written Content Creation Skills Development experience using extensible web authoring tools Experience developing and implementing open source software projects Self-starter with strong self-management skills Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Has a vast experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL Has knowledge with JavaScript and PHP Has knowledge of O365 tools such as SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate Has knowledge with API, Postman or equivalent Available to work on rotating schedule based on business needs
