Where is the work:

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 

Job Summary:

As the Systems Enablement Process & Change Management Leader, you will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of Trane Technologies’ supply chain systems and analytics platforms. This role requires exceptional leadership, as you will inspire cross-functional teams, champion organizational change, and set the vision for systems standardization and integration. 

You will lead the creation of training materials, ensure global alignment in processes, and oversee change management initiatives to achieve seamless system adoption. Reporting to the Supply Chain Systems Enablement Leader for Integrated Supply Chain, this highly visible leadership role will provide the opportunity to shape the organization’s operational strategy while driving scalable, cost-efficient, and innovative solutions.  Based at our North American Headquarters in Davidson, North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. Build strong partnerships with IT, business leaders, and supply chain teams to align global strategies and processes. Inspire and mentor team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across all levels. Define and implement global strategies for supply chain systems, ensuring alignment with global and regional requirements. Oversee the evaluation and integration of new technologies to optimize systems and processes. Ensure all systems change requests meet business needs and adhere to established approval processes. Drive process standardization across global supply chain operations, ensuring consistent and efficient workflows. Assess systems impact to connect organizational needs with scalable architecture for rapid deployment. Collaborate with global teams to leverage Trane’s scale and implement solutions that maximize cost efficiencies. Lead change management initiatives to promote system adoption and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and standard work documentation. Empower teams to embrace and sustain systems transformation through consistent communication and leadership. Identify cost-saving opportunities through centralized procurement and process optimization.Ensure regional budget adherence while maintaining a focus on delivering value and performance. Establish governance frameworks for supplier assessments, compliance, and cost control.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in supply chain, process standardization, or a related discipline.Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and influence teams across functions and geographies. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical requirements for diverse audiences. Experience in lean methodologies, coaching, and servant leadership principles. Willingness to travel up to 10%. 

Preferred:

Master’s Degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.Experience with global supply chain systems implementations.Knowledge of the latest supply chain technologies and trends.

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $95,000 - $125,000

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
