**ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Systems Engineer, Journeyman** to join our team in the **Lexington Park, MD** area. This is an **onsite** position. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Provide systems engineering support to various initiatives such as transformation; research, development, and implementation; and training & education. + Responsible for identifying, formulating, designing, and testing solutions to engineering problems. + Responsible for guiding the development of new and complex systems, employing system engineering methodologies and tools throughout the development phase. + Provide expertise to research, analyze, and develop tools and methods to integrate with modeling environments. + Collaborate in the conduct of technical reviews in an Authoritative-Source-of-Truth environment. + May develop, review, and deliver training plans related to systems engineering. **Basic Qualifications:** + A Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a Technical or Scientific area is required + 3+ years of experience working in areas associated with engineering, systems engineering. Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise is required + This position may require travel within the United States (less than 10%) **Preferred Qualifications:** + None **Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a US Citizen + Must have a current and active Secret security clearance **Physical Requirements:** + Tasking is primarily computer based.
