Sentinel is looking for a systems engineer to join our client. This person will lead the design of all infrastructure solutions. The Senior Systems Engineer will build, manage and improve the infrastructure systems, providing services in support of the day-to-day operations, critical projects, and strategic growth of the business. This role requires some after hours work and occasional out of town travel. This long term contract role can be performed remotely but will need to provide onsite support to the client location as needed in Greenwood Village, CO.
Qualifications Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required5+ years of experience with administering, monitoring and securing Windows-based systemsKnowledge of scripting using modern languages such as Python or PowerShellExperience deploying and supporting a hybrid Office 365 environment within the last 2 yearsExperience with Active Directory design and supportDeep understanding of Windows networkingExpertise in VMware vSphere, virtualization, and cloud technologiesExperience with ITIL a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills is requiredThe candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be requiredLegally authorized to work in the US without sponsorshipMust demonstrate a “can-do” attitudeWe focus on candidates that display our “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.
Compensation Range:
$40- 55/hour
