Key activities you will accomplish in this role:

• You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring your team collaborates and successfully executes with partner teams
• Tasks are properly assigned, executed, and statused within Lockheed Martin and with our customer, aligned with cost and schedule commitments
• Personnel are knowledgeable, trained, and ready when directed by our customer to provide support at the customer’s sites
• Recommendations for system support and upgrades are provided
• Your team understands their role, value, and relationship with other Lockheed Martin and customer teams, and how they support our customer mission and Lockheed Martin business objectives
•Lead MK21 working group sustainment activities on Minuteman III Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle (RS/RV) Subsystem Sustainment Contract (SSC). Coordinates all MK21 repair/testing activities at Hill AFB and Valley Forge PA locations. Responsible for interfacing with local Air Force customers. Responsibilities are to ensure AF tasking is met, coordinating report approvals, out briefings, failure troubleshooting, hardware modifications and customer coordination
To be effective in this roles you will need:
•Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate mission information, technical decisions and issues to both highly technical and non-technical reviewers.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals.
• 8+ years professional experience
• For this position, an active DOD Secret clearance or higher is required to be considered, thus US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.

• Minuteman III or ICBM system integration and/or test experience

• Active Secret clearance is required to be considered, thus US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
• Excellent presentation skills
• Familiarity with the Minuteman III ICBM System Support Equipment including RSTS, RFSE, LFIC, SFTS, and AFATS
• Familiarity with requirements development (activities including requirement creation, validation and verification)
• Experience with requirement verification utilizing various test and analytical techniques
• JIRA database understanding and operating knowledge
• Familiarity with Weapon System Risk development and mitigations
Excellent verbal and written communication (including technical writing)
• Demonstrated Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, presentation and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated excellence in people and interpersonal relationship skills
• Motivated self-starter who works effectively under tight deadlines
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
