You are a strategic and innovative Systems Engineer: Shared Space Capabilities Integration with a deep understanding of integrating complex systems and capabilities across multiple platforms. You excel at managing shared spaces, ensuring that technologies and resources are efficiently integrated to meet the operational needs of diverse teams and systems. Your ability to collaborate across functional areas, identify integration challenges, and design seamless solutions makes you an invaluable asset in multi-disciplinary environments.

What You'll Do
In the role of Systems Engineer: Shared Space Capabilities Integration, your duties will include:
Lead the integration of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of shared space resources and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.
Analyze and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms.
Manage the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for system integrations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring successful integration outcomes.
Monitor system performance and address any issues related to shared space capabilities.
Communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in systems integration and shared space capabilities.
Requirements:
Must be a US or Australian citizen
Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Must have 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub-systems.
Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
Proven experience in systems integration, particularly in shared space or collaborative environments.
Strong understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management.
Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and integrations.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in shared space or multi-platform integration.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with system testing, validation, and performance optimization techniques.
This role will be located in Alice Springs. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
