The qualified Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing in-depth technical and technological expertise in their particular area of focus. Performs hardware and software maintenance support, the primary task is to install, configure, and repairs machines / systems. Determines proper resolution to clients' issues, maintains Service Level Agreement in resolving technical issues. Provides preventive maintenance on the machine of clients covered by service contracts. Responsible for running on-site and remote diagnostics and assists their respective clients in a 24/7 environment.
