Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Engineer with DevOps experience to join our Tools and Technology team. You will support and improve the platforms used across the company, focusing on system administration, automation, and platform deployment. You’ll work with different teams to ensure smooth platform performance and be part of an Agile environment.

What You’ll Do:

Administer and maintain enterprise applications on Windows and Linux (.NET and Java).

Manage web servers (IIS, Tomcat) and tools like Microsoft SharePoint.

Support data processes using ETL tools like Redpoint.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth platform performance.

Automate and streamline deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.

Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to team members.

Troubleshoot system issues and participate in on-call rotations.

Suggest and implement improvements for system reliability, scalability, and automation.

What You’ll Need:

Experience in Systems Engineering, focusing on Java, .NET, and web applications on both Windows and Linux.

Experience managing web servers (IIS, Tomcat) and knowledge of Adobe CMS is a plus.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is preferred.

Proficiency in automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and Infrastructure as Code tools.

Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Active Directory, DNS).

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab) is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile team environment.

Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred:

Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Kubernetes) and system performance optimization.
