Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Local and remote support of Servers and VM’s. Support our applications both on-prem or cloud-based, including email, VPN, collaboration software, and encryption software. Take ownership of assigned tickets and track to resolution while meeting SLA’s. Create support tickets with our vendors/service providers to resolve issues reported by our employees. Good Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration skills, work with GPO’s, OU and Groups.Help with network issues (HTTP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP stack with known ports and basic commands)Support Azure, AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V environmentsDocument ticket resolution and write procedures for the helpdesk knowledge base. Involvement in M&A project work Experience in Office 365, Gsuite and other common workplace management systemsAbility to support Mail, OneDrive, Sharepoint and Teams migrationsAbility to consolidate vendors and applications with corporate counterpartsAbility to migrate physical and virtual infrastructure to the Azure and AWS cloudAdditional support required to comply with vendor, customer and regulatory requirementsAbility to support Intune migrations Minimal travel, possibly international, will be expected
