Systems Engineer

Principal Systems Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Principal Systems Engineer to lead projects and develop high-quality interiors products.

Responsibilities:

Innovative Solutions: Interpret and translate requirements for effective system design.Collaborative Excellence: Coordinate across teams to develop compliance methods, qualification plans, and test procedures.Architectural Exploration: Decompose customer specifications and generate verification criteria.Technical Mastery: Plan, integrate, verify, and validate systems, and conduct cost and risk analysis.

Qualifications:

Degree in STEM and 8+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and 5+ years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience.Experience with ARP-4754, DO-178, and DO-254.Eligible to work in an ITAR environment

Preferred:

Experience with military programs and ARP4761 Systems Safety.Engineering degree and commercial aerospace background.Ability to lead a team of systems engineers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00
