We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join\nour team at\nthe forefront of the transformation and delivery of ICT & Cybersecurity solutions and services for Operational Technology. You\nwill be integral in the design, engineering, configuration, implementation,\ncommissioning and ongoing support/maintenance of ICT infrastructure and OT\nApplications into Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) across multiple areas

Key\nResponsibilities:

Provide a high level of technical expertise/ takeownership of themaintenance of existing complex ICT infrastructure system installations at client siteTake responsibility for the preventative maintenance of existing systems (Inc. patch management, system updates), carry out audits and review of existing infrastructure and take responsibility for all breakdowns/repairsDevelop site-specific documentation including configuration, engineering, O&M, testing and commissioning manuals and proceduresEnsure high availability and performance of Honeywell maintained IT services by diagnosing complex problems, tuning to improve performance, maintaining, and supporting the underlying infrastructure, monitoring of network and system intrusionsContribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and design/configuration documentation

Key\nExperience & Capabilities:

Technical Diploma and/or Tertiary Education in Information Technology/Systems or Computer ScienceMinimum 2 years’ experience working within the IT industry as a systems, network, or service desk administratorCertification and/or experience in relevant ICT industry technologies such as CCNP (Cisco), MCSE (Microsoft), VCDP (VMware), CA (Citrix) or similarExperienced with networking, servers, storage, and enterprise applicationsCertification and/or experience in relevant Cybersecurity methodologies such as CompTIA+, CISSP, CISM or similar
