Location: Everett, Washington

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and innovative Systems Engineer to join our team. You will lead projects and apply your expertise to develop high-quality interior products for aircraft, including water waste systems, lavatories, and front-row monuments.

Key Responsibilities:

Innovative Solutions: Interpret and translate requirements to support effective system design.Collaborative Excellence: Coordinate across functional teams to develop compliance methods, qualification plans, and test procedures.Architectural Exploration: Decompose customer specifications, validate, and generate verification criteria and plans.Technical Mastery: Engage in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis, and supportability and effectiveness analyses.

Qualifications:

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience, or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree.U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee/asylee status).Experience with ARP-4754.Knowledge of DO-178 and DO-254.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with military programs.Experience with ARP4761 Systems Safety.Engineering degree.Commercial aerospace experience.Ability to lead a team of systems engineers on large programs.Experience with writing requirements and requirements management software (DOORS, Jama, Cameo).Ability to coordinate several projects and complex engineering activities.Effective time management and independence.Ability to prepare and present technical information to peers, management, and external customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00
