Job Title: Systems Engineer Location: Laurel MS Job Type: Full-Time About Us: South Central Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst with a diverse technical background to join our team. Job Description: Responsibilities: + Analyze, design, and implement IT systems with a focus on healthcare applications, including Cerner, Epic, and other medical software and medical devices. + Create, manage and support virtual machines and VMWare and Horizon environments. + Administer and maintain Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP services. + Ensure the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. + Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. + Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff. + Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades. + Database systems management and administration. + Develop and maintain PowerShell scripting. Qualifications: + A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role. + Strong knowledge of VMWare, Microsoft systems and products including Exchange, server clustering and HA configurations, Office 365 environments and Azure. + Proficiency in managing virtual machines and VMWare and Horizon environments. + Expertise in Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP. + Familiarity with Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Office 365, and Azure. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Relevant certifications such as VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are highly desirable.
