Systems Engineer
Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be supporting the PROTECT Modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Systems Engineer** **Location: Madison, WI (Remote within the state of WI)** **Pay Range: $47- $50/hour** **What's the Job?** + Collaborate with systems and developer teams to ensure high reliability and performance of servers and software that fulfill business objectives. + Standardize and automate processes using scripting and other common tools. + Establish requirements, design, and deploy enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems. + Monitor and trend system performance and create reports illustrating the trends. + Perform onsite hardware lifecycles, troubleshooting, and optimizations as needed. **What's Needed?** + At least 13 years of experience with on-premises and Azure cloud solutions systems administration. + Experience in modernizing legacy systems into hybrid on-premises/cloud systems. + Proficiency in configuring and administering modern authentication services. + Strong troubleshooting and support experience across multi-tier systems. + Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the state of Wisconsin.
