We have opportunities in the **Doral, FL area.** If you are looking for an opportunity in this location, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Focuses on DoD 5000.02 artifacts and documentation to perform requirements analysis, including decomposition of high-level requirements into artifacts assignable during Agile program increments and sprints. + Apply systems engineering principles throughout the systems lifecycle phases: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement. + Interact with project teams regarding systems engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts. + Communicate with other technical project personnel, Government stakeholders, and senior executives. + Ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288, to include: Technical Process Area, Enterprise Process Area, and Agreement Process Area. + Contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation, such as Systems Engineering Plans, initial capability documents, requirements specifications, and interface control documents. + Ensure regulatory and requirements compliance of IT systems. + Supervise and mentor subordinate project and Team ManTech staff. **Basic Qualifications:** **Level 1** + 0 years of relevant experience. + Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline. + Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. + PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience. **Level 2** + 4 years of relevant experience. + Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline. + Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. + PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience. **Level 3** + 9 years of relevant experience. + Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline. + Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. + PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience. **Level 4** + 12 years of relevant experience. + Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline. + Masters degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience. + PhD degree is equivalent to 4 years of experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience supporting DoD programs. + Experience with IT systems and cloud-based technologies. + INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or Expert System Engineering Professional (ESEP). + DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification. + ITIL certification. **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have an active/currentSecret security clearance. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
