The GEOAxIS system provides Identity, Credential and Access Management for all web applications. GEOAxIS enables online, on-demand, access to NGA GEOINT content based on user’s authoritative attributes/roles. Our Mission is to maintain highly available ICAM services for protecting those critical mission applications across all security domains. The GxNext contract was awarded to Leidos in 2021 and runs until 2031.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and optimization of ELK stack solutions for data collection, processing, and visualization.Design and implement end-to-end analytics pipelines leveraging Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana to meet business needs.Work closely with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions.Develop and maintain custom Kibana dashboards and visualizations to monitor and analyze key metrics.Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot ELK stack environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for using Kibana and ELK stack technologies.Lead data analysis projects and provide actionable insights to enhance business decision-making processes.Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).Requires BS and 4+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.TS/SCI with Polygraph requiredProven experience leading analytics teams and projects, delivering solutions using Kibana dashboards and Elasticsearch queries.Advanced expertise in Kibana for developing interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards.Proficiency with Logstash for data ingestion and transformation.Solid understanding of Painless Scripting Language and other data processing/query languages.Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and working with large, complex datasets.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot performance, reliability, and scalability issues in ELK environments.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Must be a US citizen
 

Preferred:

Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying ELK stack in cloud platforms.Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and data processing

Pay Range:Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00
