Description We are in search of a Systems Engineer to join our thriving team in GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan. In this role, you will be immersed in the tech industry, focusing on the migration of systems to cloud-based platforms. You will also support the transition to a cloud-based ERP. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Execute the transition from Active Directory-based authentication to Entra ID authentication • Implement Autopilot Configuration and Deployment Profiles • Establish Standard Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Conditional Access Policies • Transfer existing applicable Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to Intune • Shift DHCP and DNS services from Active Directory Domain Controller to the local firewall • Manage the migration of computers from Active Directory to Entra ID • Oversee the removal of all laptops and workstations from Active Directory, ensuring successful joining to Azure Active Directory • Leverage skills in Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, DELL EMC, and Dell Technologies • Utilize AB Testing, Active Directory, Automation, AWS Technologies, and Backup Technologies • Apply expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory. Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is a must for effective network and system management. • Experience with Citrix Technologies is required for creating and managing virtual desktops and applications. • Knowledge of Cloud Technologies is essential for ensuring efficient and secure data storage and access. • Mastery of DELL EMC Technologies is needed for managing storage, information infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing. • Familiarity with Dell Technologies is necessary for handling servers, storage, networking, and cybersecurity solutions. • Ability to conduct AB Testing is crucial for optimizing system performance and user experience. • Proficiency in Active Directory is required for managing networked resources. • Experience in Automation is essential for enhancing system efficiency and minimizing manual intervention. • Knowledge of AWS Technologies is necessary for handling cloud services and infrastructure. • Proficiency in Backup Technologies is required to ensure data security and recovery. • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID is needed for managing user identities and access. • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory is crucial for delivering secure and scalable identity and access management solutions.
