ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Systems Engineer** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD.** This is an onsite position. This position will support various Navy projects, including transformation, research, development, implementation, and training & education initiatives, by providing systems engineering expertise. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Responsible for identifying, formulating, designing, and testing solutions to engineering problems + Use systems engineering methodologies and tools to lead the development of new and complex systems throughout the development phase + Provide expertise to research, analyze, and develop tools and methods to integrate with modeling environments + Collaborate in the conduct of technical reviews in an Authoritative-Source-of-Truth environment + Develop, review, and deliver training plans related to systems engineering + Domestic Travel up to 10% **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Scientific area and 3+ years of Engineering or Systems Engineering experience + Demonstrated experience in an area of engineering expertise **Preferred Qualifications:** + Navy experience **Clearance Requirements:** + A current and active Secret security clearance is required to perform work on this contract **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% + Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. + Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations + Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
