A week in the life of an Aircraft Integration System Engineer: 

Support the planning and execution of system integration and test activities to support program milestones. Manages technical, cost, and schedule trade space to support aircraft and sensor integration activities, to include design, production, and sustainment of airborne systems. Ensure proper engineering processes are used and managed to effectively execute technical tasks and products (including technical data bases such as the system design configuration) Operate and maintain laboratory of P-8A hardware used to test, verify, integrate, and troubleshoot systems and associated equipment. Recommend improvements in testing equipment and techniques. Work with the NAWC PAX AST EOIR Team to update or enhance existing system capabilities. Analyze architectural and functional requirements, specifications, and interfaces.
