Responsibilities:
This position will support SNC's rapid development and fielding efforts, which bring cutting edge capabilities directly to the war fighter. Responsibilities include:
Help with planning, execution, and management of projects for large fixed wing platformsAssist in developing and maintaining system requirements, architectures, and designs to meet customer needsParticipate in risk assessments and help develop mitigation strategies for technical challengesAssist in preparing and presenting technical reports and status updatesLearn about emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and improvementSupport testing and demonstration effortsQualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Systems Engineering or related discipline and typically 0-2 or more years of relevant experience
Basic Understanding of engineering principles and practices
Familiarity working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams
Conceptual knowledge of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principles
Qualifications We Prefer:
Basic understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network topologies
Familiarity with network configuration and management tools
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Hands-on experience with lab work or internships in related fields
Relevant coursework or certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA) is a plus

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,039.23 - $112,803.95. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
