The Purpose of the Role:

 Controls\n Systems Hardware and Application software hands-on experience – DCS. ESD,\n F&G systems (ICSS projects)Deliver\n technical solution to customers within agreed schedule and budgetWork\n closely with Project Lead, Engineering Supervisor, other Leads and Project\n Manager.Understand\n the customer’s project Specifications, RFQ, Architecture, etc.,Hands-on\n working in detail engineering, System Architecture, BOMTo\n collaborate with team and carry out Control System Hardware and Software\n Detail Engineering (including HMI),Application\n Development, Testing, Integration of Hardware, FAT with customer at\n factory as per project duration, SiteCommissioning,\n system Cut-over’s, Loop Checking.Use\n effectively Typical / Templates for Complex Loops and project specific\n standardsTo\n read, understand P&IDs, Control Narratives, Logic diagrams, etc.Complete\n assigned work scope against the project plan, with 100% quality delivery\n (Right the First time)Site\n visit for Control & safety Systems Installation supervision, SAT,\n pre-commissioning, commissioning and hand over the project to customer /\n LSS team.Ensure\n compliance with quality / safety procedures during Engineering & Site\n execution phase. Identify possible improvement opportunities, share and\n contribute for its implementationPractice\n common methods, techniques, tools and products and provide feedback for\n future improvement
Usage\n of engineering tools for optimization of Engineering man hoursYOU MUST HAVEShould have minimum 6+ years\nof hands-on experience in:DCS / Safety PLC / PLC (preferably on Honeywell Systems) – Being part of Detail engineering, Testing and Commissioning.Third party systems interface – Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, OPC (UA, DA, HDA, A&E), ProfiNet, Profibus and similar.HART, Foundation Fieldbus, ProfibusAdvanced L2/L3 nodes – Alarm, History, Asset, Network Management Networking Knowledge: TCP/IP protocols, Switch/Router and domain controller configurations. Virtualization of control nodes – added advantageDomain knowledge – Refinery, Petrochemicals, Pipeline, Power, RenewablesWE VALUEKnowledge of the systems development lifecycleIndividuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.Diverse and global teaming and collaborationEffective communicator Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.Ability to adapt dictated by project changesMulti-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks.
