SUMMARY

Play a key role in the successful execution of the Rating Career Domain Continuum (RCDC) Task Order under the Navy’s Learning Stack (LS) program. Lead interface definition, collaborate across functional and agile teams, and ensure traceability of requirements into verification artifacts.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the requirements engineering process, including elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management of requirements. Maintain traceability of all requirements through the Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix (RTVM). Facilitate working groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and agile ceremonies to refine functional and non-functional requirements. Participate in system interface definition and architectural alignment in collaboration with vendors and Government stakeholders. Analyze impacts of requirement changes and assist with scope and impact analyses during sprint planning and backlog grooming. Coordinate with test engineers to ensure requirements are testable and adequately covered by validation procedures. Support integration activities across Government, vendor, and legacy systems to identify dependencies and verify interoperability. Ensure requirements documentation supports RMF security controls and information assurance requirements. Contribute to technical reports and other contract deliverables. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.
