Responsibilities:

As a Systems Engineer, you will be using your skills and expertise to research, architect, model, simulate, test, certify and improve cutting edge products and services. You'll be developing complex system architectures within contextual modeling platforms, ushering them from operational concept through preliminary and detailed design, simulation, and test using progressive tools.  As a cross-functional engineer, you are in charge of system-level ownership of new products and processes through the product lifecycle.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceUnderstanding of Computer Aided Engineering toolsPractical knowledge of engineering principles and practicesExperience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teamsKnowledge of requirements management, functional requirements parsing, derivation, and allocation; systems design, systems integration, technical risk identification and management strategies, and Verification and Validation (V&V) principlesExperience with Customer engagements and decomposition of requirementsAn active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance is required

Understanding of industry standard software languages such as C, C#, C++, HTML, Java, Python, and BashExperience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated buildKnowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and SpiralExperienced with data structures

This position requires current/active Top Secret with SCI eligibility U.S. Security Clearance.
