Integrating various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices. managing the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including specification, design coding, testing and maintenance. Must be "big picture" minded, and understand the technical aspects and additional details like, cost schedules, and technical issues that may be associated with a project.     Preferred Experience: Naval Systems engineering technical reviews; Drafting Naval system engineering documents; coordination of systems test and evaluation.
