We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer - Pressurized Rover to join our team with Teammate company, Mb Solutions Inc.\n\nWork as part of a team that is developing the next-generation pressurized rover for Artemis crews on the lunar surface\nWork in coordination with lead systems engineer to perform systems engineering and technical integration across the lifecycle with internal, external, and international organizations\nWork on requirements definition, flow-down, assessment, and verifications\nWork on architecture definitions and functional flows\nWork on Concept of Operations refinement\nPlan, develop, and execute major project reviews and lead internal project reviews\nPrepare materials such as presentations, material reviews, and other related documentation for the system life cycle phasing, including SRR (System Readiness Review), Preliminary Design Reviews (PDR) and Critical Design Review (CDR\nPerform integrated analysis and margin management\nPerform technical baseline product development such as Main Equipment List (MEL), Mass Properties, PEL and THEL\nPerform critical path and technical risk management\nWork with team members to identify technical risks, develop risk statements, and to help them plan risk responses including mitigation and avoidance actions\nPerform system hardware and software configuration management over the lifecycle\nPrepare certification and acceptance packages\nPerform discrepancy management and participate in material\/failure review boards\nPlan test campaigns\nLead development and deployment of special test equipment\nPerform test anomaly investigation and disposition\nCoordination and management of qualification and acceptance test requirement definition, assessment, and flow-down from system to unit\/component level\nLead test and verification tasks with emphasis on environmental, human in the loop, and interface testing\nProvide support to hardware owners in establishing overall hardware qualification and acceptance test planning to meet applicable requirements\nWork in a team environment and report to the team lead to provide status on progress and raise issues\nMaintain a professional relationship with the NASA customer and other NASA support contractors\nPerform other tasks assigned\n\n

Depending on the candidate's experience, requirements, and business needs, we reserve the right to consider candidates at any level for which this position has been advertised.\n\nRequires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area\nWork experience in a Systems Engineering role in a NASA, DoD, or Aerospace environment\nThree years of experience in space flight systems engineering including the successful delivery of space flight hardware to space\nExperience in systems engineering processes across the product life cycle\nExperience with requirements development, design trades, risk analysis, and system analysis of space hardware\nExperience with the design, assembly, verification, testing, and operation of space hardware\nBasic knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the space hardware field, such as mechanical and electrical system design, engineering drawings and sketches, material selection, and design software and tools\nAbility to prepare written documents and to verbally present at various meetings\nFamiliarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office products\n\n

Requisition Preferences:\n\nINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certification\nWorking knowledge of NASA, JSC, and ISS standard practices and requirements including safety, fault tolerance, and unique disciplines\nFamiliarity with NASA\/JSC documentation databases and share point sites as well as typical systems engineering products\nExperience in technical or team leadership role\n\n
