If you’re eager to make an impact, apply today, and let’s discuss how you can help drive mission success!  The Systems Engineer will work with the Sponsor’s Technical Director, providing a range of professional program management, systems integration, scientific, analytical, and other technical advice. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders Managing and documenting incoming requirements and triage to ensure they align to the mission Developing systems design concepts for building block aspects of the energetics sequencing chain from sensing, triggering, initiating, to firing Facilitating agile program management for technical development and function as the Agile scrum master Organizing design reviews, documenting feedback from design reviews, and ensuring all discrepancies are satisfactorily addressed Arranging and coordinating building block design and associated systems testing Cataloguing technical operationally approved capabilities and technology gaps Managing engineering resource requirements aligned to budget allocation and mission needs Developing, monitoring, and maintaining technical roadmap Qualifications Required: Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field (BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7) Minimum four (4) years’ systems engineering experience or engineering in Sponsor’s area Project Management Certification (PMP) Demonstrated experience in Agile, or similar Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills; able to quickly turn-around requests Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Experience using MS Office suite of products, Atlassian suite of tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.), and SharePoint Desired: Mission Operations Experience EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
