This position is with our Advanced Development Program (ADP), known as the skunk works. We are looking for world-class talent for this position to join the 75+ year tradition of creating advanced aircraft. The candidate will join an ADP effort as a Deputy Lead Systems Engineer.

• The Candidate must have a strong Cameo and Digital Transformation skills. Candidate must be able to concurrently handle multiple and widely varying assignments simultaneously in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

• Must engage professionally and effectively with senior management and customers.
• Must have the ability to both work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to successfully meet deadlines and execute to a strict timeline.

Basic Qualifications:
• Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) design Experience
• Systems Engineering Architecture development using SysML with CAMEO
• Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Final Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Ability to work with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements
• Experience functioning in a digital engineering environment (i.e., MBSE and digital twin)

• Work experience with operational modeling tools
• Experience using software tools (such as MS Excel, JIRA and Access)
• Good written and verbal communication with experience in writing requirements
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
