Who we are looking for…

Campbell’s Information Technology Supply Chain team is seeking a System Engineer for Blue Yonder WMS/WML/YMS modules who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, has a transformational mindset, and values the opportunity to improve the operations of our distribution network. Better said taking a best-in-class distribution network to world class status.  

What you will do…

Troubleshoot system, process, and business issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Ownership and troubleshooting of interfaces to and from BLUE YONDER WMS to ensure operational continuity.

Lead small ad hoc teams to triage system issues, support the operations and implement hot fixes as needed.

Knowledge and ability to configure Blue Yonder WMS/WML/YMS - perform testing of modifications and enhancements to ensure quality implementations.

Working with business analyst to translate requirements which will be use by the logistics solution architect technical specifications

Communicate effectively with internal and external support teams and all required teams to provide complete, on-going system support.

Working closely with the logistic solution architect to produce design specifications following enterprise architecture guidance adhering to technology standards of reusability.

Drive process development discussions with the operating locations to outline existing processes and procedures and map them to the functionality of Blue Yonder.

Assist operating locations in the development of new processes and procedures with an important emphasis on network-wide standardization.

Train company super-users on Blue Yonder system functionality with a thorough and complete understanding of such functionality and assist super-users in the training of all end users.

Knowledge transfer of Blue Yonder activities to build bench strength within the team.

Work on designing the future path of moving from on prem to a cloud Blue Yonder solution

Leverage your skills across all logistical platforms outside of Blue Yonder

What you bring to the table… (Must Have)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years of experience with Blue Yonder – Configuration and Implementation of WMS/WML/YMS modules

Strong experience and understanding of core WMS functionality including slotting; sequencing; locator/ item set up and zoning.

Programming abilities for Blue Yonder WMS/WML/YMS

Currently working in an Information Technology group or have experience working in an IT group

Experience in successfully working on multiple projects at varying levels of completion.

High standard of professionalism and ethics

Deadline and positive outcome driven

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and with written communications

Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information

Possess a high level of attention to detail

Ability to train individuals on systems functions and processes

Skilled at translating an operational issue into a system solution

Ability to solve problems efficiently

Proficiency with MS Office products, advanced Excel

Travel estimated at 10% - 25%, with periods of travel for multiple weeks at a time

If would be great if you have… (Nice to Have)

1-5 years of knowledge of SAP – based on a user more than configuration experience

Proficiency with SharePoint Office 365

Project Management skills and have used Microsoft Project

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$85,900-$140,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
