Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Systems Engineering Control Account Manager to join our Greenville, TX team.  This position is responsible for scope, schedule, and cost for execution of tasks within a program.  Responsible for leading the team at the IPT/sub-IPT level.  Responsible for submitting Bid and proposals.  Responsible for EAC management. 

Essential Functions:

Manages input of Planning Packages and conversion to Working PackagesResponsible for the day to day tactical duties for assigned projectsLeads team in the execution of project activitiesProvides technical guidance and expertise to team members, assisting in resolving issuesIdentifies Roadblocks impacting team progress and provides guidance or potential resolutionsEstablishes control account plan within the performance measurement baseline.Manages work/scope within the Control Account; flows down work scope to teamAnalyzes cost and schedule variances from a baseline planMust work on the facility with some limited flexibilityBusiness travel equates to approx 10% of man-year

Qualifications:

Requires an experienced professional with knowledge of job area and a practical knowledge of Project ManagementRequires Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree relevant to Avionics with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experienceSecret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret (TS/SCI)

Preferred Additional Skills:

Prior CAM/EVMS experience in Systems or Program ManagementMastery of systems engineering concepts and principlesActive Top Secret/SCI ClearanceDOORS/Jira experienceMS Project experience
