This position we are posting will be focused on CommScope RUCKUS Networking Enterprise market segment.   RUCKUS builds and delivers purpose-driven networks that perform in the tough environments of the industries we serve. 

 

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As a SE Intern at RUCKUS, you will be responsible for supporting technical activities assigned by Senior SE’s in multiple areas of the CALA region, as well as being an contributor on the RUCKUS Technical Family channel enablement programs.   You will work closely with CALA SE and Sales Territory Account managers to make technical contributions for presales and partner enablement.  This role will be based in Sao Paulo and will be partially remote based with some duties at the local office.

You Will Make an Impact By

Quickly learning RUCKUS solutions Able to support partners with their consultation on specifications or technical capabilities Assist SR. Systems Engineers and RUCKUS Partners with technical documentation in support of pre-sales, support SW product demos & support Proof Of Concept Participate with other SE’s and Account Mgrs. on customer calls / pre-sales activities Able to support (from Sao Paulo) Inside Sales teams operating locally or other CALA locations Support Partner Technical Enablement – specially with helping to create, translate and deliver RFT newsletters, webinars or similar content.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

Enrolled in the last year of studies with a BS, BA, or master’s degree program in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or IT-Networking Engineering or SW Engineering Ability to read, write, and speak English is a must

You Will Excite Us If You

You have done any hands-on IT or wireless experiments at your University where you had to use SW and HW as a system or configured IT networking devices integrate them on an experimental level or for a testing platform by doing scripts or API calls   Outgoing personality, great interpersonal and communication skills, ready quickly learn and to add value day 1 Demonstrate passion towards systems engineering, show innovation through clever ideas and propose them to the team
