The Area of Responsibility Command and Control Operations (AOC C2) Operations provides 24x7 support through the Trusted Thin Client (TTC) Team. Each of the C2 Mission Systems Teams are assigned their primary system, with the entire C2 spectrum of systems monitoring as their alternate responsibility. The TTC team takes responsibility for the monitoring of all systems during nights and weekends, creating tickets when issues are identified and notifying personnel if a priority incident is identified requiring immediate attention. The TTC Software Integrator, Capacity Manager, Systems Engineering Lead, AOC WS Engineer, Cloud Platform Admin, Database Admin, and all C2 Specific Systems Administrators work collectively to ensure full system and technology integration ultimately ensuring AOC Weapon System users can prosecute assigned mission sets.

Responsibilities• Perform all engineering support tasks for AOC Weapons System C4ISR networks, systems and infrastructure.
• Coordinate sourcing of operational C4ISR system data.
• Develop and maintain AOC Weapons System network/systems/server configuration and connectivity drawings, diagrams, documentation and plans.
• Develop and submit an AOC Weapons Systems Engineering Monthly Status Report.
