Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering to join our team onsite in Northern, Virginia.  This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Systems Engineering with MTSI you will provide SME level technical expertise to improved  and incorporate new technology, resolve problems, and further developmental processes. This position will be located onsite in Northern, Virginia. 

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

Identify technical, CI, and operational risks and recommend mitigations.Study the feasibility and vulnerability of new technical collection capabilities and analyze gaps.Assess emerging and commercial off the shelf technologies in support of operational requirements and applications.Assess key vulnerabilities and single points of failure and recommend mitigations.Evaluate, validate, and analyze technical development compliance with state requirements.Integrate, test, verify, and validate end-to-end systems.

Qualifications:

10+ years of performing Systems Engineering Services services for a government contractor.Strong technical leadership.Strong verbal and written communications.Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and a solid working knowledge of Excel.Excellent organization skills.

STEM Bachelor’s degree Technical graduate degree (or) relevant cyber or technical operations experience (desired).

Clearance Requirements:

TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Travel Requirements:

All work will be conducted onsite, but may be required to travel within CONUS and OCONUS.
