The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA’s Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. SPA has a need for multiple Systems Engineer SME's in support of its Caledonia effort supporting a local Intelligence Community (IC) customer. Caledonia will provide support to Systems Engineering and IT Service Strategy; Enterprise Planning and Management; and Enterprise Acquisition and Contract management functions.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidates will work as a member of the Caledonia Program Systems Engineering team and perform the activities required for the development and maintenance of assigned systems definition project(s).
Conduct basic functions of systems engineering such as Stakeholder Needs & Requirements Definition, Systems Analysis, System Definition: Requirements, Architecture, Service Definition. Perform System/Service tasks such as Systems/Service Realization and Systems/Service Deployment.Conduct Systems Engineering enablement tasking such as Program/Project Planning and Program/Project Assessments, Decision Management Support, Lifecycle Readiness, Risk, Issue, Opportunity Management, Schedule Management, Configuration Management, and Measurement.Perform Quality Assurance/IT Resiliency.Conduct business/mission analysis and assessments, architecture analysis and assessments, cost benefit analysis and assessment, schedule analysis and assessment, Risk, Issue or Opportunity analysis and assessment, and technical measurement analysis and assessment.Conduct COMM IT system or service capabilities assessments, including capability gap assessments, using the most current architecture information as required by the government and deliver findings to the government.Develop and deliver a COMM IT system or service technology roadmap that includes technology gaps assessments and recommended technology insertion plans as required by the government.Interface with government and other task stakeholders to effectively define the project and then iteratively gain feedback on products throughout the project(s).Review and comment on acquisition documents within COMM.Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews enterprise architecture deliverables from the team. Use the latest data driven or model driven methods to support analysis, assessments, and management decisions. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polyBS or MS in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics 15+ years of demonstrated experience supporting enterprise architecture development activities such as the tasks above NRO or IC mission experience Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
