Essential Duties & Responsibilities: + Manage, update and enhance Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure + Manage Microsoft Intune environment for both PCs and mobile devices + Administration of GPOs, OUs in Microsoft Active Directory + Windows server and end point patch management + PC image and application packages creation and deployment + Manage worldwide image distribution servers Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent + 8 years of experience in managing SCCM, Intune and Active Directory + Extensive experience with SCCM in the following areas + Patch Deployment + Image and application packages creation and deployment + Global deployment with distribution servers worldwide + Reporting + Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune policies for personal and company-owned mobile devices + Sound knowledge of Windows server and workstation operating systems + Knowledge or experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, PowerShell, LAPS + Experience in scripting to automate tasks and deploy configurations + Versed in configuring and maintaining AD Group Policies (GPOs) + Linux Server Management experience is a plus + Knowledge or experience with CrowdStrike, IBM QRadar, Tenable are a plus Competencies: + Technical planning and project management experience. + Ability to discuss technical issues effectively with other IT professionals as well as non-technical users. + Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently, learn and support new technologies and provide training to others. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
