Delaware North is hiring a Systems Infrastructure Intern to join our team in Buffalo, New York. Our ideal Systems Infrastructure Intern is currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate, studying Computer Science, Information Technology, or related subject.

What will you do?Understand processes related to the administration and governance of IT Infrastructure at an Enterprise.Develop skills in requirements gathering and analysis.Develop proficiency in implementing and validating maintaining Systems across a wide scope of technologiesDevelop skills in defining and measuring operational metrics and IT Infrastructure support models.
Learning Objectives:
Develop troubleshooting skills by actively monitoring system performance and resolving issues as they arise.Learn to collaborate effectively with team members on infrastructure projects, contributing to the implementation and optimization of IT solutions.Enhance documentation skills by documenting system configurations, procedures, and best practices.Gain hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
