We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in HYDERABAD, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Control-M Administrator

Shift timing coverage for 12x5 support U.S. EST (8 am to 8 pm EST) 8+ plus years of experience in Control-M Administration and have experience in the below. Installation, configuration, and maintenance Migrating between Control-M versions Scheduling jobs Monitoring and troubleshooting issues Security management Automation  Ability to schedule jobs, monitor and correct the issues related to backups, applications, file transfers, etc. Handling priority 1 and critical issues  Maintaining, upgrading, and patching the Control-M environment  Building SOPs for the monitoring team  Understanding user requirements, procedures, and problems  Optimizing the performance and efficiency of Control-M workflows  Managing and enforcing security measures for the Control-M environment  Ensuring system stability and compatibility  Maintaining accurate documentation of Control-M configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures  Analytical skill to understand user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing job flows and schedules systems Knowledge on ITIL and Certification preferred. Knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool Basic understanding of scripting and batch knowledge Very good understanding of ITIL V3 Fundamentals Fair knowledge of Windows, Linux & Mainframe operating systems Good foundation of networking concepts Nice to have: Knowledge & experience working with different automation tooling within IT Operations Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts which also includes Night and Weekend-shifts Very good communication & coordination skills Very good team player Very good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Self-driven, committed, process Oriented and able to handle challenging situations Open to take-up additional responsibilities as and when needed
