We are seeking a Systems Integration Manager to lead our dynamic team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This full-time salaried position involves overseeing a group of leads and analysts responsible for testing, validatingand delivering innovative products through an internal process designed to ensure the most success possible, encompassing hardware and software system integrations and web-based user interfaces. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of learning and innovation while driving effective project execution. Responsibilities:Mentor and guide team members in adapting to evolving hardware and software environments within payment systems and processing. Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring deadlines are met while sharing responsibilities and support. Train production support staff and technicians on new products, features, system setup, and configuration. Lead integration certification efforts with third-party software integrators, tailoring test suites and analyzing test data. Collaborate closely with the QA team to provide testing support, ensuring thorough coverage and addressing testing gaps. Assist in creating and executing comprehensive test plans, encompassing positive, negative, functional, and regression testing. Serve as the primary contact for software integrators, ensuring effective communication and high-quality customer service. Respond to technical inquiries from integrators and end users, facilitating clear communication of technical information. Manage the creation and maintenance of training manuals, test cases, specifications, and other technical documentation. Enforce version control and proper documentation practices to ensure project consistency and traceability. Support Product in notifying stakeholders of product availability and any relevant updates. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Strong technical aptitude with experience in software development preferred. Familiarity with systems administration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr. Knowledge of PCI policies and best practices. Previous experience managing a team of highly skilled technical resources. Understanding of the payment industry, including EMV and eCommerce best practices. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Lua, and familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS, Android). Experience with POS systems/hardware, in the Independent Software Venders space, Ingenico and VeriFone devices, across various industries (retail, hospitality, eCommerce, restaurant) As the fastest growing commerce company in the industry, we offer the opportunity for tremendous upward mobility within the company as well as development and professional growth opportunities.
