Status Reports: Develop regular status reporting for Department-level leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partnersMeeting Management: Manage and track multiple meetings, capture-minutes, and support documentation reviewsTracking Program Requirements: Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirementsMaintain Correspondence Documentation: Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandumsStakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writingWork Environment:

Security Clearance: TS/SCI with a PolygraphEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeExperience: Minimum of 8 yearsAgile Worker: Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously and dynamically pivot priorities based on leadership guidanceUnderstand Technical Concepts: Ability to understand and document technical conceptsProject Management: Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines efficientlyResourceful: Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to unforeseen issuesEngage and Drive Projects: Ability to proactively engage and drive technology projects forward independently or as part of a teamCommunication: Excellent communication {written and verbal) and organizational skillsMicrosoft Office: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, ExcelDesired:
