Systems Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned telecom professional with 10–15 years of experience in systems integration, test strategy, and requirement analysis. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to drive successful project implementations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
You have:
Strong knowledge of Systems Integration (SI) processes and telecom implementation practices.Experience with GPON domain and hands-on involvement in telecom projects.Ability to create and contribute to technical documentation, test strategies, and infrastructure plans.Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving technical issues effectively.Good understanding of requirement management, including capturing and analyzing customer needs.Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills, especially in virtual team environments.Proficiency in project management tools and Power BI for tracking and reporting.
It would be nice if you also had:
Experience with NOKIA FN products such as SDAN and Home WiFi.Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployments in virtualized environments.Leadership experience, including mentoring junior staff or leading small projects.Contribute to implementation planning and the development of technical infrastructure documentation for telecom systems.Apply principles of Systems Integration (SI) delivery processes to ensure seamless integration of components and technologies.Develop and contribute to test strategies and test cases; support execution to validate system performance and quality.Support the process of capturing, analyzing, and specifying customer requirements to guide solution design.Troubleshoot standard technical issues and support resolution of complex problems using analytical skills and domain expertise.Assist in the planning and execution of system/data migration procedures with minimal impact to service delivery.Share expertise in discussion forums and internal knowledge bases; mentor and support less experienced team members.Work independently within broad guidelines; may lead small projects and provide leadership in virtual, cross-functional teams.Leverage specialist knowledge and practical experience to contribute to continuous process and quality improvements.
