You will be a Systems Integration and Test Engineer for Lockheed Martin's Missiles & Fire Control division in Orlando, FL. Our team is responsible for conducting Environmental Qualification testing to ensure the success of our systems.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for executing defined test activities, including generating test plans and procedures, and conducting product testing to inform decision-making. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Execute defined test activities and generate test plans and procedures
• Conduct product testing and generate informative test reports
• Travel (~20%) to support testing, with extended travel/TDY possible during event testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system development and integration

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have a Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) or equivalent professional experience

• Minimum of 3 years work experience with a Masters OR minimum of 5 years work experience with a Bachelors in any of the following: Systems Development, or Systems Integration and Test, or Systems Production Testing.

• Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/qualification/certification experience.

• Must have an active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience defining Test Approaches and Test Equipment requirements

Experience performing Environmental and/or EMI testing

Experience coordinating and managing test article builds and scheduling

Experience coordinating with offsite test ranges to define test requirements and approach along with range scheduling

Experience completing trace compliance to Performance Specifications and MIL-STDs and support the V&V process

Experience presenting to program/senior management.

Experience integrating weapons/sensors onto aircraft and other platforms.

Experience with all aspects of Environmental Qualification Testing.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
