Growing together** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Provide direct support to end-users ranging from Tier 1-3 type issues, with command of general workstation support functions related to Outlook and email as service + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of hands-on experience working with email security technology + Experience in email architecture, email security, email protocols (SMTP, POP IMAP), encryption, authentication and filtering technics + Experience with administering Microsoft Exchange, both on-prem and Exchange Online + Experience with migration of Exchange customers to Office 365, end-to-end support & troubleshooting experience of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions + Experience with ITIL methodologies and using ServiceNow for incident management + Proven experience collaborating with diverse technology teams to achieve business results + Able to configure and manage email security tools and solutions, such as firewalls, anti-spam, anti-virus, malware protection, and email gateways + Ability to understand, propose and implement creative solutions to eliminate malicious (e.g., phishing) and unwanted email (e.g., spam, “graymail”) + Knowledge and experience in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with Microsoft Exchange Online, hybrid Exchange environments, Client connectivity (On-prem and cloud), related Exchange components, technologies, and service related to M365 suite of products + Understanding and Implementing of DKIM, DMARC, SPF and email filtering services + Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems + Understanding of email security with Exchange Online + Solid analytical and problem-solving skills + Able to work independently with minimal direction. + Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Specific experience with Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection + Experience with RESTful APIs and PowerShell Scripting + Experience with Agile methodology + Health care industry experience _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
