Job Description: \n

Responsibilities\n

The SPM will ensure correct installation, configuration, use and maintenance of all Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) platforms. The SPM's full time duty location will be onsite at Shaw AFB, SC but travel may be required to countries within the CENTCOM Area of Operations.\n

Job duties: \n\nPackage, test, and deploy automated desktop applications installations and patches within the MECM framework.\nDevelop user guidance documents and installation \nTest and validate IT systems security patches and hot-fixes as defined by Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA), Time Compliance Network Orders (TCNO), and local security guidance.\nSupport the distribution of security patches throughout the enterprise using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)..\nProvide configuration management for the MECM distributed enterprise Provide support and instructions to remote locals using telephone, on-site visits, and terminal services.\nUse data replication software to keep sites up-to-date with software packages and other \nTrack package deployment and status updates using on-line trouble ticketing \nDevelop reports and trend analysis\nCreate collections and advertisements for mass software\/patch 3.27.11Provide support to NOSC Vulnerability Management section.\nPerform analysis for collaboration of network \/ system needs and participate in planning, designing, upgrading and deployment of enterprise datacenter hardware and software using a project-based timeline.\nResponsible for maintenance of enterprise Data-At-Rest (DAR) solutions. \n\n

Qualifications\n\nSenior-level and higher- B.S. in related field AND 5 or more years relevant IT experience; OR 7 or more years relevant IT experience AND Firewall, Unix\/Linux experience.\nMid-level or lower- Associates in related field and 3 or more years' relevant IT experience; OR 5 or more years of relevant IT experience AND Firewall, Unix\/Linux experience.\nNetwork+ or CCNA and ITIL Foundation required.\nActive Secret Clearance required.\n\n
