Join Apple and help us leave the world better than we found it! The AppleCare Technologies Systems Quality team has an immediate opening for a Systems Quality Automation Engineer. You will be tasked with working along side project PMs, Business SME’s and development teams to fanatically ensure the highest quality test automation for our business and partners while reducing manual test efforts. DescriptionDescriptionQuality driven self-motivated individual who is flexible working in a globally distributed team, matrix’ed, fast-paced environment, can multi-task and has experience with agile method of working. Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements across multiple regions and ensure full coverage of test scenario automation. Evaluate, select and formulate the best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different applications and business processes. Lead automation script development and the optimization of those scripts where necessary. High level of proficiency with demonstrated experience of implementing scripting solutions for repetitive tasks Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality. Analytical capability to synthesize large amounts of data into a clear story and assess business process improvement Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in Test AutomationBachelors or Masters or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related fieldsExperience crafting, developing & implementing test automation frameworks/tools such as Worksoft, Tosca, UFT, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, PyTest, XCUI test etc.Excellent knowledge of QA automation methodologies, processes, and tools.Experience developing in Python or Java familiar with databases, SQL and scripting languages.Experience handling multiple automation journeys across companies and testing phases from Integration Testing or/and end to end User Acceptance Testing.Experience designing, developing & implementation of test automation frameworks for large integrated systems cutting across multiple tech stacks.Proven foundation in computer science, with proficiencies in data structures, algorithms, refactoring and test automation.Working knowledge of SAP.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsStrong level of customer focus and attention to details.Collaboration skills and ability to influence multi-functional teams and quickly establish trust and credibility.Tool & tech agnostic and should be able to write code in different languagesPreferred certifications in testing, programming languages, test automation tools and frameworks, Quality Assurance certification (ISTQB, ASQ, etc) and/or PMI certification is helpful.Education & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceAdditional RequirementsAdditional RequirementsMore
