You will be tasked with working along side project PMs, Business SME’s and development teams to fanatically ensure the highest quality test automation for our business and stakeholders while reducing manual test efforts. Responsibilities: Analyze and synthesize business requirements across multiple regions and ensure full coverage of test scenario automation. Evaluate, select and formulate the best usage of test automation tools and future alignment for different applications and business processes. Lead automation script development and the optimization of those scripts where necessary. High level of proficiency with demonstrated experience of implementing scripting solutions for repetitive tasks Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality. Analytical capability to synthesize large amounts of data into a clear story and assess business process improvement. Ability to persuades, influence and/or drives engagement. Communication and co-ordination with globally distributed teams. Working knowledge and hand on experience with industry best practices in software testing.
