You will not be employed by City National Bank. *The Opportunity* We are looking for an experienced Lead with a strong background in the banking domain, system integration and knowledge on data migration. System integration experience is required to include an Agile and .Net background. *The Responsibilities* * Lead system integration and migration, ensuring smooth interoperability and accurate data transfer between banking systems and external platforms. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, and deliver scalable IT solutions. * Leverages in-depth knowledge of business functions, business processes and key objectives to develop solutions aligned with business needs. * Maintain effective communication across all stakeholder groups, bridging technical and non-technical perspectives. * Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance, fostering professional growth, and enhancing team dynamics. * Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, user manuals, and progress reports. * Oversee and support testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and compliance of solutions within the banking domain. * Follows IT security best practices, policies and procedures in support of IT security programs * Utilize .NET technologies where applicable for application development, customization, and seamless integration. * Promote Agile practices within the team to optimize collaboration, efficiency, and project delivery timelines. *The Qualifications* * Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) * Solid understanding of project methodology, SDLC process, Identify Access Management (IAM), Single Sign On, Active Directory, Managed File Transmission process * Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to create solutions This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $87.24/hour - $93.53/hour Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K *QUALIFICATION/LICENSURE* *Work Authorization :* Green Card, US Citizen, Other valid work visa *Preferred years of experience :* 7 years *Travel required :* No travel required *Shift timings :*
