Site Name: Poznan Pastelowa Posted Date: Oct 23 2024 Systems Subject Matter Expert - Learning and Development (project contract till end of 2025) The Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Talent acts as a pivotal support figure for the Global Process Owner (GPO) and the Process SME, Serving as the business Product Owner, this role collaborates closely with the Tech Product Owner to oversee Talent processes/systems Key Responsibilities: Support for GPO and Process SME: Assist in aligning Learning and Development processes with technological solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Articulate Problem Statements: Work alongside the Business and CoE to identify and articulate problem statements, aiding Tech in assessing the feasibility of solutions. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Guarantee that the delivered Tech solutions align with customer expectations and requirements. Business Partnership: Collaborate with the business to understand pain points and validate that proposed solutions effectively address these issues. Create Detailed Mock-ups: Develop and socialize detailed mock-ups of solutions with customers before the build phase. Participate in Larger Projects: Engage in larger projects that require systems integration beyond the immediate process area. Documentation and Knowledge Management: Work alongside the Documentation Analyst to ensure that document sets and global knowledge articles are kept up to date. Accountability for VOC System Issues: Take responsibility for system-based Voice of the Customer (VOC) and collaborate with Tech to rectify issues reported by submitters. Why You? Qualifications: Proven experience in Learning Experience Platforms and Learning Management Systems Strong collaboration skills with both business and technical teams. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate problems clearly and assess solution feasibility. Experience in creating detailed mock-ups and documentation. Strong understanding of systems integration in larger projects. Ability to manage and update technical documentation and global knowledge articles.
