Job DescriptionReporting to the Customer Service Systems and Post-Despatch Manager, the Systems Support Administrator will support administrative and operational teams across the Culina chilled network by creating and maintaining master data.
This is a fixed term contract until June 2026.
Salary: £25,525 per annum
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
Key Duties of a Systems Support Administrator:
Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.Conducts data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access.Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.Create and maintain all support documentation for master data processes.Create test scripts for user acceptance testing.Complete user acceptance testing.In a timely and accurate manner complete tickets logged within the master data queue.Complete tasks on the master data checklist.Train colleagues on the use of all systems that are used within Master Data.Maintain Customer and Irish delivery Schedules.Compile and send where required; daily, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports.Setup and maintenance of product code and customer master data across multiple systems.Setup and maintenance of all collection and delivery locations for both stock holding and cross dock clients.Setup and maintenance of hauliers across multiple systems.Complete amendments to both stock holding and cross dock clients master data.Implementation setups.JS consolidation client setups.Brexit master data and schedule maintenance.Identifying resolutions to correct inbound order workflow issues.Ensure all system data is aligned including but not restricted to; SAP, SCE, M-Type, WMS 1 TMS and cross dock website.QualificationsExcellent customer service skills.Experience of working with databases and management systems.Excellent attention to detail and quality driven approach to working.Great planning,organising skills and a high level of numeracy.Strong communication skills in order to deliver accurate information at all levels.The ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of other Microsoft office software.Additional InformationAs part of our drive to make Culina Logistics a great place to work.
