**Work Shift:** Please see job description for details. **Time Type:** Full time **Department:** CC017130 Information Technology **Summary:** Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. — Monday & Tuesday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. — 100% On-Site This position will support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets. This includes installation, maintenance, and general support of computer and network systems. Maintains Desktop Hardware/Software and Network Support. 2. Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages and or emails regarding computer systems and network problems. 3. Monitors, tests, and maintains end user connectivity to network computer systems. 4. Performs on-site analysis, diagnostics, and resolution of complex system problems. 5. Develops and maintains an inventory of all hubs, routers, switches, bridges, server boxes, cabling, and other networking equipment. 6. Documents instances of systems and network failure, repair, installation, and removal. 7. Performs hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades and repairs. 8. Assists in performing systems backups and recovery. 9. Aids in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, maintains current knowledge of plan executables, and responds to crises in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans. 10. Performs other duties as assigned. that are in the determination of management associated with the position and are commensurate with the incumbent's knowledge and experience. 11. Rotating On-Call Pager. 12. Performs other duties as assigned.
